Rules

  1. Each team is allotted eight balls a side.
  2. All players must putt each ball from behind the putting line, in the putting area (as shown in the diagram)
  3. To decide whoe goes first, a member from each team is designated to putt one ball closest to the button on the opposite end. The team closest to the button will decide who will have first and last putt.
  4. Brier Ball can be played one on one, two on two, or four on four.
    1. when playing one on one, each player must alternate their balls until all eight balls have been putted, swithing ends each time
    2. when playing two on two, you have one player at each end per team; Player "A" putts all eight balls alternating with player "B" untill all sixteen balls have been putted. After all balls have been putted the end is over, Your teammates do the same in the next end coming back. Play until you have finished ten regulation ends. If there is a tie and there is a need for extra ends, the players shall switch ends and play from that end until game has determined a winner.

    3. When playing four on four, you have two players from each team on either end.; First player "A" putts first four balls alternatiing with player "B" who putts his/her first four balls. second player "A" putts last four balls alternating with second player "B" who putts his/her last four balls. After all sixteen balls have been putted the end is over. Your teammates do the same in the next end coming back.
