About Brier Ball

Brier ball is a new game that has been developed by combining two great sports together, golf, and curling. Brier ball is played on a portable floor type game with synthetic turf replacing the ice and putting golf balls instead of throwing rocks. Each team is allotted eight balls a side, just as curling is given eight rocks. Brier ball is a classy game that can be taken very seriously with a four on four game just like curling or played just for fun. Anyone who has golfed or curled before understand the pressure behind a serious putt or a tenth end take out, those same pressure putts apply in the late ends of Brier ball. All the same rules of curling apply to Brier ball. The balls must roll past the hog line or they are no longer in play. The house is where you want your balls to be, remember to guard your balls closest to the button because those balls are the one's that score. The great thing about this newly developed game is that anyone can play and with this quality, Brier ball will last forever. A standard Brier ball game is about thirteen feet long and comes apart easily into two pieces for easy storage.
